The trainer made the sessions interesting and engaging thereby enabling me to get the most out of both days. She ensured that there was a good balance of theory and practical.

This was by far the best course I have attended in the past few years. The trainer, Mary, was so informative and she made the course so enjoyable. The theory part of the course was well presented and the practical side was really good. Many one day courses can get boring, but this one had our attention throughout and when our certs expire in 3 years, we will be coming back to STS A+.

Excellent training - covered at an appropriate pace with both humour and seriousness in equal measure ... time flew and I left feeling confident in the skills learnt.

I was worried about not knowing much about first aid, but soon my fears went away. The trainer was very welcoming, made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and the venue and amenities were really good too. Free parking is available in front and back of the building. As the training is whole day, you can get your lunch from different shops around the vicinity. I enjoyed the whole experience and I cannot wait to attend the refresher course.

I've been to many first aid course over about 22 years. Many were great and up-to-date at the time. I would put my experience with STS as the one I learnt the most from and found it all round just a smooth, relaxed and friendly experience from booking to training to getting the certificate. I learnt lots of updated things and the trainer clearly had good knowledge and a way of training that made the group feel comfortable and confident in what we learnt. An easy 5 stars and would recommend to individuals and companies alike. Thanks STS and see you next time!

I have attended the First Aid Courses with STS for the last 10 years now and although every one of them has been excellently run, this last course has been the best yet! Under such difficult circumstances the trainer Charlotte did amazing and even though the course was in depth with lots to learn she managed to make it fun whilst adapting to the Covid restrictions in place at this time. Dave and his team keep me up to date with the training courses they are running and are always prompt with their email replies. I will not go anywhere else for my training needs.
