Food Hygiene Training Courses
Everyone who handles food must make sure that it is safe to eat, and most contamination of food occurs because of inappropriate actions taken by food handlers, particularly with regard to time and temperature control. We can better control food hazards if we understand how food becomes contaminated and how to prevent this from happening. And less upset tummies is better for everyone.
Our food hygiene training courses cover each stage of the process from delivery of raw ingredients and through to service. We offer everything from a basic food hygiene course, which teaches delegates the basic principles of food handling in line with the food safety act 1990, through to a full HACCP course on managing food safety.
All our food safety courses provide practical advice and guidance to help trainees keep food safe at all times and comply with food law, as set out by CIEH, HABC and HACCP. Best of all, they are interactive, enjoyable courses taught by expert trainers with real practical experience and knowledge.
