We Are Training Professionals

STS was set up in 1987, originally offering First Aid training courses to our clients in the London area. Over the years, we have branched out, offering courses across the whole Health and Safety spectrum, from Manual Handling and Food Hygiene to Fire Safety,  Working at Height, IOSH etc.

Since we started back in the ’80’s we’ve built up a great deal of trust with our clients, and they use us for a variety of training needs. Our clients come from a range of industry sectors, from investment banks to individuals and everything in between. We believe the key to our continued growth has been our experience, flexibility and the personal service we offer.

Our head office is based in Enfield, and we also have the benefit of a well-equipped training centre in Canary Wharf, The City of London and Haringey. We can, however,  offer training courses all over London and the South East. If you need training further afield, then thats not a problem. 

Our Approach

Firstly and most importantly we want our courses to be enjoyable. We consistently achieve above 95% in our customer satisfaction surveys and we have a very high level of repeat business.

Our courses are interactive, illustrated with real examples and role play scenarios.  Our tutors wealth of experience enables us to bring training to life and not just what it may say in the manual!

We also know this means that the course trainee is more likely to remember the information given and be able to apply it in a real world situation. Which is sort of the point isn’t it?

We run a busy, yet friendly office. We offer an element of flexibility that many of our larger competitors are not able to offer. Whether this means an up with the lark early start or a weekend course, our trainers are completely flexible and work around your own requirements. To be honest, we haven’t done that many courses that start at 3am, but we could if you needed us to. And we’d make sure we got the strong coffee in that day.

Our trainers are fully qualified in each up-to-date syllabus, and have extensive ‘in the field’ experience. This basically means they have a fair few gory stories of their own to make the courses more interesting for all.

We have put together have a fantastic team of trainers that come from a wide variety of experience. This enables us to provide you with the most suitable trainer for your needs.
